  • Project execution and supervision

All services will be defined in a formal agreement or quotation before project initiation.


3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

  • Approve designs, drawings, and materials in a timely manner

  • Make payments as per agreed schedule

  • Ensure site readiness for execution

Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and costs.


4. Fees & Payments

  • All fees will be outlined in the quotation or agreement

  • Payments must be made as per milestones or agreed schedule

  • Late payments may result in project delays or suspension

  • Additional work beyond agreed scope will be charged separately

5. Design Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • All designs, drawings, concepts, and visuals remain the intellectual property of Paridrisshya until full payment is received

  • Clients are granted usage rights only for the specific project

  • Reproduction, resale, or reuse without permission is prohibited

6. Project Timelines

  • Timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

    • Client delays

    • Site conditions

    • Vendor or material availability

  • We are not liable for delays beyond our control

7. Third-Party Vendors & Contractors

  • We may recommend or coordinate with vendors and contractors

  • However, we are not responsible for:

    • Their workmanship

    • Delays caused by them

    • Pricing changes from third parties

Separate agreements may apply with vendors.


8. Revisions & Changes

  • A limited number of design revisions may be included

  • Additional revisions or major changes may incur extra charges

  • Changes after final approval may impact cost and timeline

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Project cancellation must be made in writing

  • Fees for completed work are non-refundable

  • Advance payments may be partially non-refundable depending on project stage

10. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service

11. Use of Project Images
We reserve the right to:

  • Photograph completed projects

  • Use images for portfolio, marketing, and social media

Client privacy will be respected where requested.
